Chris Ballard’s offseason decisions leave Indianapolis Colts fans scratching their heads, with a puzzling track record that continues to shape the team’s fate. As the Colts chase relevance, the spotlight falls on a string of questionable draft picks and a carousel of quarterbacks—Anthony Richardson's struggles, Daniel Jones' uncertain future, and missed opportunities at defensive end featuring names like Kwity Paye and Laiatu Latu.

Can Ballard’s strategy survive after five straight seasons without a playoff berth and glaring weaknesses at linebacker and edge rusher? The aftermath of a humiliating Week 1 loss raises urgent questions about the franchise’s direction ahead of another high-stakes NFL season.
