The Indianapolis Colts are facing a tough stretch, prompting calls for bold changes on defense and offense. With young talents like Hunter Wohler and Deion Burks showing promise, fans are eager to see if the coaching staff will shake up the secondary and linebacker positions, including giving CJ Allen the starting mic spot over Akeem Davis-Gaither. Defensive line rotations and the return of Will Mallory as a pass-catching threat add intriguing possibilities as the Colts aim to find a spark.
Justin Walley's development in the secondary remains pivotal as he rebounds from early struggles. If the team's slide continues, could a blockbuster DeForest Buckner trade be on the horizon to jumpstart a rebuild? Play calling aggression from Shane Steichen and maximizing roster depth are under the spotlight as Indianapolis seeks to break the downward trajectory ahead of key AFC South matchups and NFL trade deadline decisions.
